We lead one-off classes OR block classes
Styles we teach: 
  • Hatha – offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat
Hatha Yoga is a slow paced and poses are held for longer, allows for more stretching. Offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat

 

  • Vinyasa – offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat
Vinyasa Yoga moves at a faster pace and links postures to the breath. Offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat

 

  • Yin  – offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat
Yin Yoga  – is a very slow-paced style of yoga, with postures that are held for longer periods of time (up to 5 minutes). Offered in 45 or 60 minutes on a mat

 

  • Chair Yoga –  offered in 30 or 45 minute sessions, no mat or change of clothes required! 
Chair yoga is an ideal way to introduce beginners into yoga, because it makes it accessible to all people. Most of the usual poses in a traditional mat yoga class can be integrated into these classes. While seated on chairs, participants can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.
In addition to a good stretch, chair yoga participants can also enjoy other health benefits of yoga, including improved muscle tone and strength, better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep and a sense of well-being.
Chair Yoga can be practiced without getting changed, and offered as an express option for 30minutes.
