Chair Yoga- Chair yoga is an ideal way to introduce beginners into yoga and makes it accessible to all people to practice. Most of the usual poses in a traditional mat yoga class can be integrated into these classes. While seated on chairs, participants can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.In addition to a good stretch, chair yoga participants can also enjoy other health benefits of yoga, including improved muscle tone and strength, better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep and a sense of wellbeing. Chair Yoga can be practiced without getting changed, and offered as an express option for 30 or 45 minutes.
