Before commencing the classes, our team will contact you to determine what intention you would like to achieve from the classes and ensure this theme is focused on throughout the program. We will also base the class depending on the level of experience.
2. Learn memorable strategies
It is apparent from many studies that yoga and relaxation techniques are proven to reduce stress and anxiety and improve productivity.
The techniques that we provide your staff are memorable and they are able to be implemented off the mat on a daily basis. We teach practical breathing and meditation techniques and yoga postures.
3. Different class lengths are offered to suit your time & budget
We offer different times for classes:
- 30 minute express (no change required – chair based classes)
- 45 minute (suitable for lunch hour)
- 60 minutes (complete practice)
We are also flexible with our availability, we have a variety of teachers available from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday to work within your schedule.
4. Book in a block and save.
We can assist with one-off wellness events, as well as a block of classes. When classes are booked in a block you save. Further bookings receive further discounts!
