5. Different class lengths are offered to suit your time & budget

We offer different times for classes:

  • 30 minute express (no change required - chair based classes)
  • 45 minute (suitable for lunch hour)
  • 60 minutes (complete practice)

We are also flexible with our availability, we have a variety of teachers available from 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday to work within your schedule.

6. Book in a term and save. 

We can assist with one-off wellness events, as well as on a term classes. When classes are booked in a term you save. Further bookings receive further discounts!
